The property listed in this sale will be offered and sold under the following terms and conditions.1.The Auctioneers have endeavored to catalog and describe correctly the property being sold, and catalog measurements are guaranteed to be accurate to within one-half inch. The Auctioneers reserve the right to make verbal corrections and provide additional information from the block at the time of the sale. 2.The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser. This includes all bidders, both online and in house bidders. In the event of a tie bid, the house bid takes precedence to the online bid. In the event of dispute between bidders, the Auctioneer shall have absolute discretion. The Auctioneer may re-offer the disputed item. 3.The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bids and/or raise the start price. 4.Full payment of each purchaser's account must be received within 72 hours of the Auction End. AGOPB Inc. does not Ship or Pack any of the lots: Live Bidders On-Line Must Pay Upon Receipt of Email Invoice. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Personal Checks, Business Checks, Money Orders, Cashiers Checks and Paypal ([email protected]) or wire transfer. No merchandise will be released without guaranteed or certified funds. Out of the contiguous USA winning bidders Must Pay Immediately For The Items and Then Arrange For Shipping, Any Bank Wire Transfers Are Charged $40.00. Items purchased must be removed immediately after each sale unless specific arrangements to hold the item have been made with the Auctioneers. Storage Fees Can Be incurred if Items are not picked up. 5. All Sales are final. Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Auctioneers. Refunds requested on the grounds of authenticity must be made within 21 days of the date of the auction, and such refunds must be accompanied by at least one supporting statement in writing from an authority recognized by the Auctioneers. 6. The auctioneers reserve the right to hold merchandise purchased by personal or business check until the check has cleared the bank. Makers of bad checks will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. A $50.00 fee will be charged for any returned checks. 7.All purchasers that live in Florida are subject to the Florida 6.5% sales tax unless the Purchaser possesses a Florida Sales Tax exemption number.8.There is a 18% buyer's premium at this auction 9.Bidding on any article(s) indicates your acceptance of these terms.

Bad checks, fraudulent credit cards of purchases will be reported to the police and will be prosecuted by Tim Grimme Auction Services LLC to the fullest extent of the law. Purchasers who fail to pay in a timely fashion will face immediate disbarment from bidding on all internet bidding sites and will be reported to other galleries. Buyer's who fail to pay will be liable for any lost fees gallery may incur. Bidder shall be responsible for all costs of collection, including court costs and reasonable attorney's fees. By participating in Tim Grimme Auction Services LLC's through the internet, bidders consent to the jurisdiction of the Courts where the auctions are held. Any dispute between the bidder and Tim Grimme Auction Services LLC shall be resolved before a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Pennsylvania.
